I purchased a mint condition phone and received a phone with a significant scratch that I could feel when touching the screen. The packaging was such that the phone slid around in the box. The phone functions fine, only issue is scratch. At first the seller offered a partial reimbursement but even after agreeing to a lesser reimbursement he never fulfilled the reimbursement. I reached out to the seller to give him a couple of opportunities to complete the reimbursement but it has now been over 5 months since the sale so I’m completing the sale with this review.
