Computer is as described and was packaged very well. Would recommend this seller to anyone who asked.

There was a problem with the product. The seller sent shipping label to return, overall a good resolution.

While the phone itself was in pristine condition, the camera did not work... it will not focus to take clear pictures. Tried several suggestions and just can not get it to work. I decided to keep it since everything else appears to be working fine. My teen is just happy to have a working phone... so if he's okay, then I'm okay too.
