Seller is polite and communicates right away.

Seller was slow to ship and didn't communicate anything until I asked. Phone had blemish that wasn't listed so seller advised to send it back. After seller received phone they stopped communicating and never refunded me. Had to file a claim through Paypal which took two weeks to refund me.

The device was in excellent condition, as promised, and arrived quickly once it was shipped. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and with Swappa!
