The charge port was loose and only worked when you move the cord at certain angles. Also, the included charger did not work. I bought this for a customer and ended up having to replace the charge port myself. Will not buy from this seller again.

HOLE IN THE PHONE CORNER! Plus Seller sent a generic (not apple) wall charger that did not work at the 1st plug in try. Seller refused to provide a replacement. Seller refused to reply even when Swappa said this needed a reply. PLUS! The phone had a large hole in one corner and they did not show this in any of the pictures. The phone does seem to work ok but OMG I wouldn't try to sell someone that without telling them. Swappa never replied. I kept phone because it works and troublesome to send back, but this was a very misleading sale.

The phone was as described. I cannot get a SIM card until later this week, so I can not activate it until later. No reason to think it won't be as described. Prompt shipping and accurate description.

iPhone works as advertised but the charging cable is fake and horrible. Was sent a charging bank to make up for me buying a new charger and block from Apple. The charging bank doesn’t work well either but all that matters is that the iPhone is as advertised.
