Found out Hugo L sold this phone under fraudulent circumstances. It was NOT unlocked as represented. The message I get from AT&T is: We can’t unlock this device for you. See if your current wireless provider can help you unlock it.

He has promised numerous times to get the issue cleared with AT&T and after a month has not. Hugo L is not to be trusted.

Received the item as described. Really good seller - will purchase from this seller again in the future!
