TWO THUMBS DOWN! Horrible communication. Very obtuse about the technology s/he sells. Seller advertised a WiFi Only tablet as LTE. Seller failed to communicate in appropriate time. Seller was unresponsive until Swappa staff intervened. Per Swappa, seller's account is under review for failing to communicate. Tablet was supposed to include charger and cable and did not. Worst experience of my life shopping and I have been on eBay as a buyer and seller since 1997.

Phone is in excellent condition. Shipping was slightly slower than I hoped, but I think that was due to ordering right before a weekend.

Very positive rating for the shipping speed and condition of device along with the other included components. Somewhat lukewarm projection when it came to communication. Seller misrepresented the device being sold, either through ignorance or outright deception. Not my problem. Took a while to get satisfaction only when Swappa staff and PayPal were informed.
