Terrible purchase. The screen will not stay on, apple will not fix it because it’s not the original screen and wasn’t replaced by an Apple Representative. So upset, my daughter saved up here own money to purchase this piece of junk. So much for feeling swappa is the place to go for buying trusted products.

the seller indicated inaccurate data, the phone came with a replaced case and parts, the memory capacity is 16 gigabytes, instead of 64 specified by the seller. I highly recommend not contacting this seller

The product was not good so I returned it to get a refund and they have not contacted me back since I sent the phone. I do not recommend buying from here.

What a disaster. Purchased this horribly refurbished iPhone X that was listed as Mint. Multiple aftermarket parts. Immediately returned the device for a refund. Seller just fell off the planet never to be heard from again. Swappa customer service advised me to file a dispute. Had to call PayPal to get a refund finalized. Still haven’t heard from the seller.

Phone came with a screen that was acting weird. Apple store confirmed that it failed their diagnostic. I notified the seller and they gave me a label to send it back and said I would get a refund within 1 business day of them receiving the phone.

They did give me a full refund, but I had to get Swappa involved.

Item as described

Item arrived in a timely fashion with additional accessories that were mentioned. Condition was closer to fair than good, though. Numerous scratches on front screen, and larger one on back. Phone operates perfectly so far (battery health 97%) so no serious complaints, but in high light conditions, cosmetic wear on phone is quite apparent. Going to go with an overall positive rating. Though subjective as it may be, look at Swappa's definitions of "Good" and "Fair" and take note when selling a device through their site.

Purchased an unlocked LG G7 but received a Sprint version with hacked firmware. This means it won't receive any updates and other features such as Google Pay don't work. Swappa rules say only factory unlocked phones can be sold as unlocked...
The seller did offer to return the phone, but I chose to keep it as I've gone overseas.

The phone was sold as a Verizon phone but T-Mobile's logo appeared when powered up. I returned the phone as the seller and I agreed, but I had to get Swappa involved to get a refund. Please check sellers prior reviews. I strongly suggest you buy from Sellers that offer 100% satisfaction or your money back. I would have gladly paid more money to avoid the aggravation and delays he caused. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
