Everything was as described in the ad, but I missed the fact that there was no mention of a charger, box, accessories, packaging, etc. All that came was the phone, but the ad listed the phone as "New Never Activated" and "...in New (Resale) condition", which to me means all packaging, charger, accessories, etc. would be shipped with the phone. I'm giving 5 stars because the ad never stated these items were included, so my mistake for not looking more closely; I just felt it was a bit misleading with the description as new. I would buy from again.
