The seller, Logan McMican, ended up being a pretty nasty person. I had to cancel my order (Samsung S23 Ultra) the next day; I contacted the seller about that and he “understood and agreed to a refund (provided I paid for both ways shipping and handling).” Since I had not yet received the package, I sent it back as soon as it was delivered, unopened. During the follow up of this transaction the seller became harder to reach and began to create excuses all the time, but didn’t issue the refund. I sought help from Swappa staff; the seller said he had issued the refund, the money was not credited back to my card. He then sent me a forged email supposedly from PayPal “confirming the refund.” I opened a claim with PayPal; 1+ month later since everything started, PayPal’s customer protection policy came into effect to issue me credit for the full amount, because the seller did not pay back. Nasty person. Seller was removed from Swappa. Thank you Swappa staff and PayPal. Hope you get him.
