DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Bought an iPhone 12 pro max listed as good, asked if it had any scratches before buying and seller said very minor ones. Phone arrived with numerous scratches on screen, dents on sides and camera lens. When contacted to return it, accused me of staging pictures with a different phone, once Swappa verified it was the same device he agreed to take it back but wanted to issue only a partial refund. Had to open a PayPal dispute and subsequently a charge back on credit card which by the way is still ongoing . Dishonest untruthful guy. Again, BE AWARE IF PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER!
Edit, this guy actually had the gall to send me violent threatening emails to the point that I had to file a police report. Over 2K transactions on Swappa and never had to deal with such a low life loser as this guy. BE AWARE!!
