Seller was extremely difficult to work with from the start. One of the worst transactions in 20 years of online selling/buying. Sent me an iPhone in a medium sized box with no protection or bubble wrap. Phone was loose and bounced around in box and had battery issues when I received it. Presented proof to seller and she declined it was her fault. I paid out of pocket to return the phone back with signature confirmation and she refused to pick it up from the post office. Had to call post office myself and have them redeliver to her on a Saturday so she would accept the returned phone. She then declined to refund my money, despite having the phone back and I had to open a Paypal case against her to recoup what I paid. I felt comfortable given her Swappa star rating but I was mistaken, avoid this seller. Took over a month to get my money back and had to go through a Paypal dispute case to get it refunded.

Works ok now.
