Very good experience. Product was delivered in very good conditions and properly packaged.

Short version: Item was as described, which is the most important thing, and packed securely. Seller travels for work and did not ship when they said they would and seller communication to questions on the sale page was spotty as well. Longer-ish version: Seller shipped out the watch 2 days later than they originally said, it arrived and had not been factory reset or removed from their iCloud account. Questions about when it would ship went unanswered for a couple of days. However, when I received the watch and saw that it was still locked to their iCloud account, I left a message on the sales page and the seller did respond very quickly and resolved the issue immediately. So as long as you know they travel for work and are ok with some possible delays in shipping and/or communication, then this seller is overall good. Again the most important aspect was that the item was as described and the seller did respond to messages on the sale page.

This item was mailed 9 days after purchase. Item was delivered without watch band. Seller refunded $49 of sales cost for band. From sale to refund was 27 days.
