Bought Quest 2 - 256GB - Mint. I discovered it was actually the 128GB model.

The headset's appearance was good, and it functioned well during testing, but there was an unexpected smell of (what seemed to be) cigarette smoke. Baking soda helped mitigate this issue.

Contacted the seller about receiving the 128GB version (instead of the listed 256GB) and inquired about a partial refund as a fair resolution. They acknowledged the mistake but declined a partial refund, stating it was still a 'great deal', and to keep it as-is or opt for a full refund. Given the time I already invested in cleaning up the headset, wiping accounts, setting it up, and testing it, I decided to keep it. I feel that a small partial refund, reflecting a fair adjustment for the unexpected differences, would have been a fair way to make things right and to compensate for the difference between the listed product and what I received. The headset meets my needs but comes with less value and specs than was listed.
