Seller packaged and mailed the item on time, but she neglected to send the tracking number or respond to messages. The item was as described and functions perfectly. I would do business with Veronica again, but I would ask her specifically to send me the tracking number :-).

For some reason, the phone was turned on when I opened the box. Also, there are a few small nicks/dents on the right hand side of the phone. Particularly the top right. That was not mentioned in the description and I would not call it "mint" condition as it does have these dents. Other than that, the phone seems to be working just fine.
