It has been a couple months, I noticed as soon as I received the phone that it was refurbished by asurion, I was uneasy about this as there was no mention of it and I would not have bought the phone if I had known. So since the purchase, the phone intermittently loses connection with the SIM card. It has progressively gotten worse. It has gotten so bad that I can't use it more than 15 minutes without it losing SIM card connection. I'm going to ask swappa to help me get a refund, shady, unethical seller.

the seller sold me a defective phone after two weeks the battery was dead, now I do know is the battery dead or the logic board, Apple informed that $365 to fix the phone,

The phone was shipped fast and psychically it arrived as described. The main speaker did not work but sprint repaired it for free under equipment protection. All in all this was a good process and I would do business with the seller again.
