Item came quick and as described. Good transaction.

The seller never shipped the phone. After a week with the tracking info showing a label had been created, I requested a status update. The seller did not respond. Then Swappa staff requested an update. Once again, no response. That day, I checked my PayPal account on an Ebay related matter, and noticed that the seller had initiated a refund, yet he never even bothered to inform me. At least I didn't have to go thru a PayPal dispute... I now have my money back in my account 13 days later.
