Tbh, I was expecting this purchase to arrive after Christmas BUT my daughter was able to unwrap it Christmas Eve! Item came as expected, new in box. My only side issue was Swappa staff “policy” shaming me for an innocent question in “comments” which they removed. That was on Swappa’s end only, censoring me without benefit of checking my purchase history or intent. Happy New Year to all!
