The phone has a balance owed with Verizon and now, almost 4 months after I bough, I can't use it. I don't know what type of inspection does Swappa do to allow the sale of phones with balances owed. I contacted swappa staff for help and they simply washed their hands saying there is nothing they could do. I have purchased and sold many phones here in Swappa, this ends now. Opened a case with Paypal.
