I bought the iPhone on February 13th, and it was supposed to arrive on February 17th, but it never did. The package is lost, and the seller isn't helping at all; he just keeps repeating that he already shipped it. He refuses to give me a refund, and there's nothing I can do. He stole my money, and don't even get me started on the Swappa staff—they were completely useless. I don't know what kind of guarantee or trust this site inspires, but rest assured that if there's any problem, you can consider your money lost.
