Another wonderful Swappa experience with a kind and genuine human. Mr. Jackson was friendly, packaged everything carefully, shipped everything promptly, and overall made sure everything went well. I really appreciated that he provided updates throughout the process. He also left a comment on the sale that included some kind words that I found genuinely touching and meaningful. This is one of the reasons that I always prefer buying from individuals on Swappa, rather than businesses; It's so nice dealing with individuals who aren't trying to maximize profits and minimize costs.
