The seller, is non responsive when he agreed to a refund if there was an issue in the listing. The phone he sold me was blocked for fraud beware of this seller. I sent the phone back to his paypal confirmed address and he has(or will not) not picked up the phone yet. Very dishonest.

This device has a faulty power button. I asked the seller about it and he said it belonged to his wife and it was in perfect working order before he sent it. The GS3 has a known power button defect that I found out about after trying to troubleshoot the phone. This phone will turn itself off if you look at the power button too hard. I had to buy a case with button covers and cut the cover off the power button portion so the phone would stop turning on and off in my pocket. It still does sometimes.

It is reasonable to imagine that the previous owner had the phone in a case that did not contact the button until pressed hard and rarely used the power button and was unaware of the problem. However I don't think this phone should have passed inspection, one day in a pocket and the problem is readily apparent.

Transaction speed was fine. Appearance of item was as described. The micro usb cable was a bit bent at the plug end but it was fine.

Very happy with this transaction.
