Sold me a locked Spectrum (not Verizon per sales description) iPhone XS that was not paid off and registered to another person. Per spectrum tier 3 support the phone was potentially stolen. After immediately shipping the phone back, the seller then required me to open a dispute with PayPal to get my refund and shipping as seller claims he did not have the funds to refund me. He was continually in violation of swappa’s seller guidelines. After lots of dialog with paypal, swappa, and the seller - not all of it pretty - he finally refunded me. Very ugly transaction that wasted a ton of time.

Worst experience. Seller does not stand behind his product and will not take items back. Waiting for AmeX credit card dispute.

As described. Would have liked it to come in a bit sooner but it was Thanksgiving week so not surprised by a slight delay. Honest seller.

shipped in a padded envelope but wrapped in a grocery bag. screen had quite a scratch on it that may have happened during shipping. screen flickers and shadow lines do not go away with brightness all the way up as described in listing. seller refunded purchase price. seller was fairly communicative at first when I asked to return item but after that was harder to get a hold of.

Phone came with big scuff mark on frame of the phone. Seller never indicated in the listing or showed any picture of the scratches or scuff marks. Seller did note communicate that he was out of town in vacation, till days after. Two days went by after paying for the device without a single message from him. Iphone was sold on Nov. 7th but iphone was not received till Nov. 15th.
