Horrible seller! Before buying a phone I asked if it had screen burn because that was a deal breaker for me. He assured me it didn't. As soon as I turn on the phone it was the first thing I noticed. I messaged him about it and his reaction is to deny it, and say if its so obvious the burden of proof was on me. This is ridiculous given the fact I asked before, and he assured me it didn't. I went ahead and sent him enough pictures showing icons that were burned in. His response was always "if its so bad you should be able to show it on a picture clearly" I asked him for a return/refund and his response was that I should take it up with PayPal, he was completely uncooperative. Paypal resolved it, but it's completely unfair that I wasted so much time and also had to pay return shipping, even though it was 100% his fault. All because of his ignorance and unwillingness to cooperate. I wouldn't be surprised if he already knew the phone had a burned screen and just wanted to get rid of it.
