Seller shipped fast and the item was in the condition that was stated

Phone came super quick, although it was stated it was in mint condition, there was a 3 line scratch on the metal where the speaker was. Still happy with the phone, price and seller! [Update] Phone kept dying at 20%, then would turn back on and say there was only 5% left and shut off again. We checked, and the battery was only at 50% capacity. This phone was no where near mint. I wouldn't do business with this shady seller again.

The device was shipped fast! Once I received the device, I noticed it did have minor wear as stated, but nothing a case couldn't hide. The screen functions well, I waited a few days to test it out before marking the sale complete. Only thing with the screen is that it appears to have some small particles in the top right corner which appears to be under the screen so I guess it was from when the screen was being replaced. It bothered me at first, but now I rarely notice it. Other than that, I'm satisfied!

Device was mostly in condition as described but was not unlocked even though seller mentioned unlocked. I added that comments but seller took almost a month to reply. By that time I had to file the dispute with Paypal. I've returned the device to the seller, I hope I will get my money back soon.

Initial transaction was very good. Quick shipping etc. Unfortunately, the touchscreen on the phone I received was defective. I do not know if it was an aftermarket or OEM screen, but it would only work intermittently. Not a big deal... things happen. Also, the listing said the phone would come with the original box. It did not.

I notified the seller of the issue and requested a refund. At this point, communication seemed to slow way down. Took a few days for him to respond. By then, I had opened a dispute with Paypal. To the seller's credit, once he received the phone back, he immediately initiated the refund through Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal required him to confirm his receipt of the phone before releasing the money.

I notified him of this and, as of today, I still have not heard from the seller. Luckily, after sending Paypal the tracking information, they released the funds to me.

On a brighter note, Swappa customer service has been excellent.
