Device received very quickly. Device was listed as mint condition but had a few scratches on the screen( nothinga screen protector wouldn't hide). Other than that, the device was in great condition. I would recommend this seller as the transaction went very smooth.

The seller sold me a phone may 10,2024 which was listed as fraudulent with all phone carriers on July 15,2024. I reported this to him and he said he would issue a refund on July 17,2024. I cleared the phone of all data, posted pictures of it has he requested andI used UPS to return the phone to him as he requested on July 26, 2024. UPS documented that the phone was delivered to him. He still has not refunded me for the phone.

Seller was diligent and responsive. Item was well packaged and was exactly as described.

Device was great but shipping container should be more secure. Bubble wrapping in a slip bag is a bit sketch.

AVOID THIS SELLER! Sold fake Air-Pod Max and then was a complete nightmare to deal with to return and get a refund. Claimed he was "not given the option to refund" through Pay-Pal and that he "opened a support ticket" but did not have the number. I then called Pay-Pal and confirmed he had NOT contacted them...so I opened a ticket and eventually got a refund. Kassim then would NOT cover return shipping cost. This is an unethical seller to AVOID.

Kamera has lots of spots

Very bad experience. Headphones looks like was opened and then packed again and they could be faked.
I sent them back but have to opened case fore refund since seller play game he don’t recived package or he can’t refund only PayPal can refund. Also he wasn’t helpful during PayPal investigation and I have to ask PayPal to look careful so they finally refund me.

9 months later and getting calls from T-Mobile about potential Fraud and this device being on someone else’s account with a payment plan and that I need to take over the payments or else I won’t be able to use this phone.

*UPDATE* - seller is actively trying to resolve this issue. He provided a return label and the phone was sent back for a refund. PENDING
