This sale was not easy. There were several issues with the sale and I had to get Swappa Staff involved. The phone did not arrive in mint condition per the sale listing. The phone had damage to the SD card slot and contact pins. The seller claims to not have noticed it and insists he didn't do it. Thankfully the SD card slot still works but I would not have purchased this phone if I knew about the damage. There was also very light scuffing around the bezel and some paint missing from the USB door but to me these are minor issues. Needless to say, I was not happy about the undisclosed SD card slot damage. In the end, the seller agreed to a refund of $35 to complete the sale.

That being said, the seller does have fast communication and also packaged up the phone nicely and also shipped it quickly. The seller also went through an extra technical step verifying the eMMC chip.

The phone arrived and is as described in very good shape and in working order. Unfortunately, the seller was uninformed and inexperienced in selling on Swappa. This resulted in 3 payment attempts via Paypal on my part. The seller was adamant that the seller did not pay any Paypal fees although Swappa FAQ's clearly state that they do. It seems only fair as the buyer pays the Swappa fee. Further, the sale was complicated because the seller mistakenly thought that they needed to agree and haggle a sale price via the sale page forum....This purchase was a nightmare. The seller stated that they wouldn't be using Swappa again....I can only hope this is true.
