Item was shipped quickly and was received in stated physical condition, however the device was not unlocked as advertised. AT&T would not unlock as the previous owners account is nit clear.

The iPhone 6 I got from this seller was with poorly replaced screen glass, which masked the half of the front facing camera, home button all wobbly and the right bottom of the screen unglued (clicking when pressed). NONE OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED ISSUES WHERE LISTED DURING SALE, so I got surprise of a lifetime.
Seller offered to return the phone, as the round delivery would amount for me like a third of what I already spent I kindly declined. No partial refund, when asked for. Swappa staff turns out to be extremely unhelpful and basically pointed me towards PayPal, so that's another $10 well spent on a boneyard item.
The lesson here - read the feedbacks on the seller before buying and the Swappa's "Listing approved" means exactly squat. You can sell lemons here.

So i got the phone and the charger was non functional ( perhaps testing before shipping ). I contacted the seller to requested a refund. Unfortunately unlike any other business in the world, this seller explained to me that he would only exchange charger. The seller did offer refund of forty dollars. I told seller I would be making a claim with paypal. After thinking over the situation I realized I would be better off keeping the phone and buying charger with 40 dollars. Here why this seller gets one star for sketchy business practices and lack of business acumen, the seller told me he would only refund WHEN I LEFT GOOD FEEDBACK AND FINISHED TRANSACTION. Sounds like extortion to me. I sold phone on my own. Please stay away. I did my part as a buyer, this seller is shady and unconscionable. Grade him an F

Received device but right out of box the device was unusable. Later found out from T-mobile that the IMEI had been reported stolen!
