laptop was as advertised (once we finally got it). USPS shipping is NOT the way to go. Took 3 weeks + to arrive.
Had to involve Swappa then PayPal to finally get the laptop. NONE of this, I believe, was the seller's fault but it happened, thus my neutral review.
