There was an honest mistake in the listing (64 vs 128 GB) that I didn't notice for 4 months after the sale (phone is working great). Matthew followed up immediately when I pointed this out (even though the sale was ancient history at this point) and made things right. Great seller, would buy again!

I gave you 3 stars because although the description of the phone was accurate, and the shipping was very fast, you didn't specify in the description that the AC adapter, and the Lightning to USB cable weren't the original from Apple. Instead, you included a cheap knockoff AC adapter, and a black Lightning to USB cable from Amazon. When I'd sell something online, I always specify every detail in the listing. You didn't.
