Received device from seller but was unable to activate it. Went to various sprint stores and spent plenty of time on phone with sprint customer service. Everyone I spoke to told me the same exact thing. Which was, the, phone can not be activated because the seller still need money on the phone. Informed seller and he played like he was surprised at the news. If there's one thing that we all know, it's that we know when we owe money. We know who we borrowed from and whether it's a credit card company or person, we know we owe money. So I went ahead and filed a dispute with paypal for a refund. Which took about a month. Now I'm currently trying to get the $10 whatever fee from swappa. I don't know how and why they approved this phone but it should not have been allowed on their website. This was my first and last experience with swappa. Will be deleting account and discrediting this raggedy website whenever I get the opportunity. My advice is to buy from ebay or pay full price.
