Lots of extras, wonderful cases and the scratches were just as described -so I was happy with that- but there was an undisclosed screen burn which really sucks.

Phone was bought as new in never opened box. Said it was a white phone but it was black (no big deal though). All this seemed fine until I tried to activate it. Then there was a number already on the phone. How would this happen on a brand new phone? After three trips to stores to activate it finally had to get a new SIM card. Now is working.

The phone came in a timely manner, and was in decent condition.

Seller did not mention that the charger was frayed, with exposed wiring or that the phone was from a smoker's home and had a strong odor that took months to fade away. Also slow shipping, and never provided tracking number.

Overall it was a really good experience buying from this seller. I took off 1 star for 2 reasons. The listing was confusing as it said Good Condition and the seller's description said Great Condition, so I was wondering how my item would appear. It turned out to be Good Condition because of lots of small nicks on the edges and hairline scratches on the screen, which I couldn't see from the product pictures. But the device works perfectly, and with a good case and screen protector on it, you can't even see the flaws. The other reason is because the shipping was very slow. It took 5 or 6 days to get to me. I usually expect 2 day shipping when I buy electronics like a phone, but I couldn't see in the listing any note about shipping details. But the bottom line is we are very happy. This phone was a present for my husband and he is very happy with his upgrade.
