Worse seller experience I have ever had on Swappa. The device would not power on when it first arrived. After a few replugs, it turned on but then it turned off and it will not turn on again. Seller refuses to do anything, even though the device just cost $60. Refuses to receive the item back, refuses to refund anything at all. Buyer beware! If the seller won’t refund a measly $60 dollars for a straightforward faulty return, I wouldn’t trust them with anything at all. Swappa recommended I recur to Paypal Buyer Protection and he threatened to fight it the whole way.
