I did make a misunderstanding of the condition of the root status of the phone. The seller did help clarify. No problem here.

Two gripes with this sale
1. Phone was very poorly represented with pictures shown, however found it arrive in the same description as listed. No real problem here, just poor practice.

2. The packaging was extremely poor during shipping, phone was wrapped in newspaper and tape. Then thrown in a box with the Charger and cord to bounce around from California to Missouri. Luckily none of those bumps was hard enough to damage the screen. I did inform the seller that it would be better to have good pictures of the phone on listings. And also that his packaging really could use some better work.

Those two are the reasons for the 4/5 rating.

I was able to verify that the phone was unlocked and ready for use.

Seller did ship phone within swappas requirements of two business days.

Phone arrived very quickly however unfortunately the screen received some very minor minor scratches from the newspaper packing material. Other than that the phone is as listed and in working order

The device arrive as described but one week late.
