First of all, USPS lost this package for about a week. Throughout the whole process from initial purchase to final receipt of phone, the seller was very helpful. Communication was prompt and always friendly. The seller helped track down the package after it went MIA, even though I feel it was technically my problem once he shipped it. He contacted USPS and continued to monitor tracking status himself, following up with me after it finally arrived to make sure I had actually received it. Phone and accessories were all exactly as described. Packaging was secure and sturdy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from this seller. Thanks!
