First the item wasn’t delivered with expedited shipping as promised. Why would you choose expedited shipping if you don’t know what that means? The item was delivered to my friend who was flying overseas and would be able to give it to me so because it didn’t arrive on time I had to wait another two months when he was going to visit again. Because of that it was way past when I’d be able to get a refund when I finally got the broken item. It doesn’t even turn on when plugged in.
