Canceled sale after they agreed to a price, then blame it on my name being different on PayPal. It's not abnormal to get married and have a different name!!! All could have been cleared up easily through Swappa Staff Verification. I am very disappointed and feel duked.

Initially, I had trouble with the phone-- it was not properly reset. But he was very responsive and made it right. To be honest, I blame Swappa-- they should caught the mistake before allowing the sale to be posted

Device came as listed. Even though there was an oversight with there being screen protectors included seller went above and beyond to get said protectors and even expedited shipping
