This was my first experienc buying from Swappa. I choose this seller to do business with do to the fact they were a business. But I never got a tracking number or communication from seller. Swappa was amazing with communication. I did open a complaint with PayPal and they refunded my money right away and so did Swappa. Bummed as I didn't get the phone I was wanting. But happy to have my money back.

When I first received the phone there was an issue and the seller quickly fixed the problem and generously offered to compensate me for the issue I had.
