Phone lasted 1 year and 6 months before an apparent motherboard issue causes the phone to randomly power off. Brought to Apple store and the battery is fine. Wiping the phone and starting fresh without restoring from iCloud as suggested by Apple did not help. Hoped to get more than 18 months for more than $300.

I did not receive my Mint SIM card.

Horrible customer service. I have purchased hundreds of phones on Swappa and I have never had such a bad experience. This seller sent me a phone that was not accurately listed and the rear camera wouldn't focus. When I tried to get a refund, they said I had to pay for return shipping and a 3% return fee. I filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with me.

Phone was sold as mint. The finger print sensor is missing paint and there's a scratch above sensor. This is not mint. I want to send back , what do I do now.

Phone came wrong color. Selling gave slight rebate. Phone was in nice condition but had issues working. Contacted seller and never replied. Had to buy new phone from someone else.

I received the incorrect item. I should have gotten an At&t unlocked phone. But instead I received an unlocked T-mobile phone. I informed the seller, but they insisted they sent the correct phone. Even though it has T-moblie bloatware. Also, I should have gotten a "mint condition" phone. But the phone I received had wear around the fingerprint sensor. The paint was worn away. At this point I NEED a phone so I can't wait to exchange this one. I'm not pleased with this transaction.

I received the wrong item. It was listed as factory unlocked when in reality it is actually at&t unlocked with carrier bloatware on the device.
