Francesco failed to physically ship my device within 2 weeks of purchase, despite promising same-day shipping before I purchased. He gave a tracking number that never updated, resulting in a drawn-out PayPal dispute process that lasted over 2 weeks. At no point did he offer any communication about what was happening. Will never make another purchase from him again, and would recommend the same for others.
