the screen has more than one scratch but after all the trouble we had trying to do the transaction I'm going to keep the phone o and thank you for the goodies

I regret this purchase but it isn't the shipper's fault, necessarily. This phone has been a headache since day one and activation has required 4+ calls to Verizon. It is still not working properly and I plan on cancelling service completely. Marking 4 stars because it's unclear if the phone's pre-owned status is contributing to the issue, or if it's all Verizon's bungling.

I bought the phone as a New Resale, and the phone was as described. No scratches, no residual account information on the phone, and all the parts came as noted. It's a really nice phone.

However, I was extremely disappointed in how long this shipment took. It took over 2 weeks to arrive after purchase. Although I didn't need the phone immediately, this was the slowest shipment I've ever received from Swappa (all my previous purchases arrived a couple of days after purchase). Shipping is included in the price so if I'm paying for it, I'd like to receive my items in a decent time. If you're purchasing from this seller, know that the phone will be good but keep in mind that it will take a while to receive the item.
