Communication: 4/5 - Was very timely and courteous, however some miss-communication due to listing specs.
Shipping: 2/5 - Forgot car charger, was shipped without any padding or protective material, USPS is not very careful with packages so very well could have knocked around the internals
Product: 2/5 - Screen is always green, not sometimes. USB isn't fully functional (will charge but will NOT connect to computers, tried several with win8,win7,osx lion, and lubuntu 12.10), Cracked casing around USB port which could also be causing issues that was not mentioned.
