Received device as listed. There were more scratches on the screen than advertised, but it isn't a deal breaker. Also, the paint sized chips around the body could have been taken under direct light. The phone is in good working condition. I rated 4 stars due to the issue above but next time make sure you pack the device more securely (more bubble wrap perhaps). Don't mean to make this long but I am giving you advice for next time. Thanks for the great communication and phone!
