Nathaniel was very quick to respond to all pre- and post-sale questions and was gracious, honest, and helpful. His speed to pack and ship were excellent and the phone arrived quickly. Exterior condition of phone matches description/photos and is closer to "Mint" than "Good." Replaced screen is correct model; replaced camera works well. No apparent issues with USB-C port or SIM tray. Diagnostics report all of the above plus speakers, microphones, memory, sensors, etc are in good condition. Diagnostics report "weak" battery but given Nathaniel's honesty in all respects I take him at his word that the battery has functioned well for him.

Presuming no surprises or future issues I would happily purchase from him again and believe any other customers can trust him.
