I received this item and it is as described as far as I can tell, I appreciated that she even added a chord and charging block! I was definitely disappointed in customer care after the sale the sellers behavior was confusing, once my item was received she was badgering me to confirm and close the sale before I was able to fully check functionality of the phone I bought. I confirmed I received the phone the day of and was setting it up to check that it was fully functional by the next day she was basically throwing a fit and messaging repetitive messages and complaining to swappa about the “buyer”. This was very off putting and unfortunate...the worst part is it left me feeling like she wanted me to confirm the sale fast because she doesn’t want me to find an issue that using the phone would reveal. I hope this isn’t ultimately the case.
