This item was exactly as pictured and in great condition. Unfortunately it was shipped using one of the slowest methods.

The phone is exactly as described. I just thought I should mention that it came in a UPS box. I assume Marquel gave it to a clerk in UPS, who boxed it. But I was surprised to open the box and find everything loose, including the phone worth hundreds of dollars. The next time, it would be good to insist that the UPS guy put cushioning in the box, like bubble wrap, or at least crumpled up newspaper. This is because of the way that delivery guys throw around boxes. Anyway, the phone is great and I appreciate the great deal!
