Missing items from the order, along with late shipping. Too many issues with this seller. Took over a week to refund and only did so after I filed a PayPal claim.

Told me it would ship next day, took 4 days to ship. Remember, some of us have access to USPS internal tracking so no matter how many excuses or lies you make up, the actual acceptance date and time doesn't lie. Really unprofessional, honesty will get you a lot further.

It's in decent condition as described. It didn't come with a whole charger though, just a patched cord; no brick adapter, and shipping was pretty slow. But, it was a Christmas gift and the person who received it was happy with it.

The product was fine, really good price. Took way too long to ship though.

Slow on shipping and very bad packaging. Also had some trouble with partial refund which finally received after PayPal dispute in two weeks.

Could have used better communication, waited until the last minute to ship and it could have been packaged better. I was also told it came with the original cable but it's not. But the shipping was quick once it was shipped and the phone is in great condition and came with a case, applied and extra screen protector.

Phone had a couple more scratches than described. Seller didn't say what Accessories came with it and no charger came with phone, but I don't mind since I really didn't check beforehand. Seller shipped slow though due to being out of envelopes. Phone was not packed good at all, they put phone in a paper envelope then that went in a USPS normal padded envelope, so no box. They used a good shipping service though.
