Phone was as described, great communication. Poor packaging - shipped unprotected in a Priority envelope that arrived with a large hole in the corner and insufficient insurance to cover a loss. Thankfully arrived undamaged with nothing missing. Seller assures me he will correct this mistake for future shipments.
