I purchased an iphone 5 as a first time buyer, so I didn't know what to expect. The seller was very flexible and even shipped the phone out within an hour or two after the transaction went through. The package arrived in a couple of days and worked out great. In fact, I think swappa should create a new condition like "excellent" because this phone was virtually mint condition. Thx to the seller and swappa for a great first time experience.
