Item was in great condition. Seller shipped the item same day which was nice. However, if you know that using usps will be an extremely slow service I’m not sure why you would still continue to use ground shipping. on top of that bringing it to a staples store instead of the actual post office and then to get annoyed when the buyer is asking if the item actually shipped. Item was shipped the same day of sale but usps didn’t pick it up from staples until 4 days later. It can make a buyer feel that maybe they didn’t ship it. For added security next time upload the shipping receipt to the order and bring the item to an actual post office so it can actually ship within a reasonable time period.
