This was apparently the seller’s first sale on Swappa, so the communication and handling time represented that; little to no communication with noticeable delays in both areas. The item was shipped via a slow method and was not bubble wrapped or properly padded inside of the box. However, the item itself was in excellent condition, as expected, even though I was expecting a charging block and cable since the listing didn’t specifically indicate it was absent. All in all, this wasn’t a bad experience, but definitely a learning experience for me as the buyer as well as the seller.
